Terms of use.

The service

Wingo Predix provides pattern-based colour insights, 30-second and 1-minute period countdowns, recorded-result comparisons and a personal history view. Features and availability may vary by build, device, network and account settings.

The app does not accept bets, hold a gambling wallet, process wagers or pay out winnings. It is an independent analysis and entertainment tool and is not affiliated with a gaming, betting or lottery operator.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and permitted by applicable law to use the service. Use only the sign-in options offered by your app build. Keep your device and authentication accounts secure, and provide accurate information when creating a profile or contacting support.

Do not share OTP codes or authentication tokens. Contact support@wingopredix.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Predictions, scores and recorded results

A colour pick is an analytical output, not a promise about a future draw. A pattern score is a heuristic indicator; it is not a measured probability of winning. Prior outcomes, streaks or a personal win-rate display do not establish future performance.

Recorded outcomes may depend on third-party data or manual entries. Feeds can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Check the period and result source rather than treating an app display as an authoritative gaming record.

You remain responsible for decisions made outside Wingo Predix. Do not treat its output as financial advice or a guaranteed winning system.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, daily allowances or service protections.
• Access another person's account or data without authorization.
• Submit abusive content, malware, fraudulent claims or unlawful material.
• Disrupt, overload or automate abuse of our services or third-party feeds.
• Resell the service or copy protected software or artwork without permission, except where applicable law permits.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Allowances, payments and future features

The app displays the allowance applicable to your account. Limits and feature availability may change as the product develops.

Optional Pro subscriptions are offered through Google Play. Available plans, prices and renewal terms are shown in the app and confirmed in the Google Play purchase sheet before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play subscription settings. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play and applicable consumer law. A Pro label alone does not create a charge.

Pro unlocks higher daily insight allowances and related Pro features described in the app. Predictions remain analysis and entertainment only and are not guaranteed. Store terms and applicable consumer rights also apply.

Third-party services and availability

Authentication, messaging, storage, support delivery and public result feeds rely on external providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their uptime, results or availability.

The website links to the Google Play URL associated with com.wingopredix.wingopredix. Listing visibility and installation depend on the published release, account access, device compatibility and region.

We may update, limit or discontinue features. Connectivity problems, maintenance or device-clock differences may affect the experience. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Content and intellectual property

The Wingo Predix software, branding and original artwork belong to us or our licensors. These terms grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other provider marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy, deletion and ending use

Our Privacy policy explains the information used by the app and website. You may stop using the service at any time. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete a cloud account or previously submitted support correspondence.

Use Account & data deletion to delete your profile or request deletion of associated records. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate security, dispute or legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy.

Limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or third-party results and are not responsible for decisions you make on external gaming platforms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Any applicable limitation is subject to those rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction.
