Credits are a one-time starting balance, not a daily allowance. Continued Pro access remains subject to service availability and protective usage limits.
See what sits behind a pick
The Pro result brings colour-linked numbers, a Big/Small lean and a saved pattern score together. Get details opens a compact number-frequency chart and a timeline of the sample used for that prediction.
Plans, offers and renewals
Open the Pro page in the Android app to see monthly and yearly plans. Prices and eligible offers come from Google Play for your region and account. Check the total charge, billing period and renewal terms on the purchase confirmation.
A yearly plan may also show a monthly equivalent for comparison. That is a breakdown of the annual price; it does not mean you will be charged that smaller amount each month. The amount billed for the year is shown separately.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Predix account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Keep and restore your access
Sign in to the same Wingo Predix account and make sure Google Play is using the Google account that owns the subscription. Use the app’s restore-purchase option if access has not appeared. Google Play purchase ownership and your app sign-in are related checks, not interchangeable logins.
Moving from an existing phone account? While signed in, use Account → Connect Google to preserve the same profile and Pro access. If signed out, start with Need help signing in? to recover the existing account. Creating a different profile does not automatically move an entitlement.
If restoration still fails, contact support with your order reference and account details. Never send passwords or verification codes.
